WorkAtmo Technologies Private Limited ("WorkAtmo", "we", "our") operates the workatmo.in HRMS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use WorkAtmo HRMS.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Company information: name, address, GST details, and related business identifiers.
• Employee information: name, email, phone, profile photo, Aadhaar/PAN (optional), attendance records, and leave records.
• Usage data: login times, IP address, and activity logs related to platform use.
• Device data: biometric device serial numbers. We do not collect or store fingerprint templates — those remain on the device only.

We use collected information to:

• Provide HRMS services to your organization
• Process payroll calculations
• Generate attendance reports
• Send email notifications
• Improve and maintain our services

• Data is stored on servers located in India (Cloudflare).
• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using 256-bit SSL/TLS.
• Regular automated backups are performed.
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Exception:We use Razorpay as our payment processor for billing purposes only. Payment data is handled according to Razorpay's privacy practices.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

• Fingerprint templates are stored on the biometric device only.
• WorkAtmo stores only punch timestamps received from devices.
• We cannot access, retrieve, or process fingerprint data.

• Active companies: data is retained while the account remains active.
• Deleted accounts: data is permanently deleted within 90 days of account closure.
• Backups: backup copies are retained for up to 30 days.
