Terms governing your access to and use of the WorkAtmo HRMS cloud platform.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WorkAtmo HRMS at workatmo.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Description of service

WorkAtmo HRMS is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System designed for Indian businesses. The platform includes:

  • Attendance tracking and management
  • Leave management
  • Payroll management
  • Biometric device integration

Free trial

  • 3 months free trial with no credit card required.
  • Full access to all features during the trial period.
  • You will be notified before the trial ends.

Customer responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate company and employee data
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with applicable Indian labor laws
  • Ensure your account administrator maintains data accuracy

Service availability

  • We target 99.9% uptime for the platform.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Data ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.
  • WorkAtmo processes your data solely on your behalf to provide the service.
  • Your data is exportable at any time.

Intellectual property

  • WorkAtmo owns the platform, software, and related intellectual property.
  • Your data and content remain your property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkAtmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

WorkAtmo's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
  • Upon termination, your data will be available for export within 30 days.
  • After 90 days from termination, data is permanently deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
